By using FlowBar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our service.
Service
FlowBar provides a digital ordering platform for partner venues. Orders are placed through us but fulfilled by the venue. You can track your order in real time via a status indicator: yellow = received, orange = preparing, green = ready for pickup. The venue is responsible for age limits, serving policies, and the goods you receive.
Account
You order as a guest. No account or login is required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices and any service fees are shown before you pay. Refunds and disputes are handled by the venue in line with their policy; we can help direct you to them.
Conduct
You must use the service lawfully and not misuse the platform, attempt to circumvent security, or harm other users or the venue.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Sweden.
